Queenstown Preschool and Nursery began life in 1970 as a “shopper’s créche”, and has grown over the years to become the Incorporated Society we are today, operating as two full-day licenced centres (one a nursery, one a preschool).

We are a not-for-profit organisation, run by a group of elected parents. These eight parents are chosen each year at an Annual General Meeting, and they represent all parents of children attending the Centre.

Queenstown Child Care Centre Incorporated was formed in 1988
and operates as Queenstown Preschool and Nursery.
